There seems to be a good head of fish up the whole Western Cleddau, with a lot up the top beats; the Gorgon Pool has salmon and sewin in it.
Below Treffgarne Bridge has been kind to the fly fishers at night, with John Codd landing 11 fish in as many trips out up to 2 1/2 lb.
Steve Esmond has had 7 on the fly (small dunkelds and muddlers) and a number of members have had more than that! This one was 4lb 10oz on spinner.
